Report By the Attorney General on Ordinance Nr 7 of 1893.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "The Praya Reclamation (Advance) Wharves and Piers Ordinance, 1893", and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

This Ordinance was passed at the 2nd reading without any suggestion or even invitation from any one who might be dissatisfied, and no alteration was proposed by any one. It is trusted therefore it will prove satisfactory to all concerned.
